Main Session
A main session would consist of 20 minutes+ engagement. Typically this is a more over arching topical message, unless there is one specific topic we dive a bit deeper into depending on the purpose.
Multi Session Retreat or Event
I would love to join you for a multi session event or retreat. What a unique opportunity to spend more in-depth time over several meetings. This is my favorite! Having an extended time together allows for more space to breathe and expound upon one or more specific topics.
